Following our dreams is connected to self-growth, self-actualisation and an improved mental health.

Each one of us has two sides – a physical one and a spiritual one…The physical side represents our relationships, our family, material goods, the house we live in, the car we drive… The spiritual one is connected to our values, our beliefs and the dreams that drive us forward…

Our physical reality can be cruel and hard to swallow at times.. But it’s only when we learn to ignore it, we can truly find our purpose and fulfillment… The challenge is to ignore what’s here and now, and focus on what’s out there, the unknown and what we really want…

The challenge is to follow the heart, despite what the mind says

This seems the only route to go…yet… Sometimes the route is not clear. Sometimes a route needs to be created… Just like a path in a field that has never been walked before… Until someone decided to be the first one to take it…

Creating this new path takes courage and determination, and questioning the set ways.. but it’s the start of our journey of awakening… Listening to our spiritual side leads us towards future opportunities and routes not taken… Bridging the gap between physical reality and a world of dreams is the “secret sauce” here…

But how do you dream when it seems like the last reasonable thing to do? Connecting with our heart and allowing time to switch off and meditate gives us a space to reconnect with our spiritual part and the world of our dreams… Doing it regularly creates a platform for self-discovery and improved emotional wellbeing. Paying attention to our dreams and finding deeper meaning in them gives us a map to our improved life…

Life that’s filled with self-actualisation and better mental health.

So, what do your dreams tell you ?
